2. Confirmation and delivery:

Orders after 3:00 p.m: Delivered the next day by Grab

Ho Chi Minh City suburban districts include: Hoc Mon, Binh Chanh, Cu Chi, Can Gio 1-2 working days
Provinces other than Ho Chi Minh City 2-5 working days

3. Delivery fee

a. Domestic orders with total amount above 300,000 VND: Free shipping.
b. Domestic orders with total amount below 300,000 VND: Flat rate shipping fee 15,000 VND.
c. For orders with addresses outside Vietnam: shipping fees are calculated based on the price list of the shipping unit designated by Pawy at the time of shipment. Pawy will provide shipping fee information to you before delivery.

4. Force Majeure:
If Pawy’s delivery to you is delayed due to force majeure, Pawy will contact and notify you as soon as possible. Pawy will try best so that you can receive your goods as quickly as possible. However, Pawy will not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control.

5. Receiving goods:
Pawy’s carrier will contact and deliver the goods to you up to 3 times/order. After three contact and delivery attempts, if the product(s) cannot be delivered for reasons unrelated to Pawy or its authorized carrier, we will assume that you wish to cancel the order. The order will then be returned to Pawy.
In this case, for customers who have paid for the order, Pawy will contact and refund you an amount equal to the order value excluding delivery fees (if any) to the original payment account, within but not limited to 30 days from the time the order is confirmed returned to Pawy.
